ZOIS Executive Summit 2025: Official Highlights Video
Black Cliff Media partnered with Zero Outage to execute the full-scale video production for their flagship event, The ZOIS Executive Summit 2025 in Vienna. The objective was to capture the scale, energy, and intellectual weight of the conference, providing the client with a dynamic asset for future marketing and stakeholder engagement. Our agency managed the full production cycle, ensuring a cohesive narrative from the initial on-site capture through to the final technical delivery.
Our on-site team executed comprehensive multi-day coverage of the summit, ensuring that the atmosphere and key moments were documented with precision. This included high-fidelity recording of all main stage keynote speeches, panel discussions, and VIP interviews, as well as capturing the ambient energy of the networking sessions. To ensure a unified brand presence, we also designed and created a suite of bespoke graphic assets for the event, including visual support for screens, merchandise visuals, and custom illustrations that aligned with the Zero Outage identity.
Following the event, the project moved into an advanced post-production phase. We synthesised hours of raw footage into a tight, narrative-driven highlight reel that respected the pacing and key messages of the summit. This visual storytelling was enhanced by our motion graphics team, who animated the custom illustrations and created branded intros, outs, and lower thirds. The technical finishing involved detailed colour grading to ensure a consistent visual style across varied lighting environments, alongside professional sound design, mixing, and mastering. We also provided full transcription and subtitling to ensure maximum accessibility. The result was a polished, professional video asset that successfully showcased the success of the ZOIS Executive Summit, serving as a cornerstone for Zero Outage’s ongoing promotional strategy.
