BCM: What experience do you have in your field?

B2B dialogue marketing as a service provider within the fields of address, data, CRM analytics and mailing production.

 

BCM: Where do you see the potential associated with marketing automation?

I see the greatest potential within the realm of the customer journey itself and a great deal of emphasis on real-time communications.

 

BCM: Which of your marketing measures or tools were well received by the customer? Please describe one of your success stories.

If I had to pick just one, then without a doubt, I would have to say that blogs on social media platforms received the warmest reception from our customers.

 

BCM: Are there any new B2B trends that you are particularly interested in?

I think that one of the most exciting trends would be ‘Influence Marketing’ where the power to affect consumer behaviour lies with key individuals, rather than the traditional and general belief of being led by the target market.

 

BCM: Thinking about the next generation, is there a topic that is particularly important to you?

I think that print, in combination with augmented reality, is of special interest.
